Step 3: Adjuster Meeting
We meet with the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the damage and advocate on your behalf.
Step 4: Contract Signing
Once the insurance estimate is received, we create a detailed contract based on their scope.
The contract authorizes us to perform the work and communicate directly with your insurance company.
Step 5: Supplement Processing
We handle all supplement negotiations with your insurance to ensure all necessary work is covered.
Step 6: Insurance Approval
Your insurance company finalizes the claim and approves the full scope of work.
Step 7: Roof Replacement
Our general contractors manage the installation from start to finish.
What to expect: Noise, crew activity, materials on-site, nails/debris (we clean thoroughly after).
Step 8: Post-Construction Wrap-Up
We take completion photos and schedule any required county/city inspections.
An invoice is sent to your insurance company.
Once insurance releases any remaining funds (depreciation), those are sent directly to you.
Step 9: Warranty and Documentation
You receive:
A 5-Year Workmanship Warranty
Manufacturer’s Shingle Warranty
A full Completion Packet with important documents and photos.
