  • You file a claim with your insurance company.

  • Make sure to let them know we performed the inspection!

Step 3: Adjuster Meeting

  • We meet with the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the damage and advocate on your behalf.

Step 4: Contract Signing

  • Once the insurance estimate is received, we create a detailed contract based on their scope.

  • The contract authorizes us to perform the work and communicate directly with your insurance company.

Step 5: Supplement Processing

  • We handle all supplement negotiations with your insurance to ensure all necessary work is covered.

Step 6: Insurance Approval

  • Your insurance company finalizes the claim and approves the full scope of work.

Step 7: Roof Replacement

  • Our general contractors manage the installation from start to finish.

  • What to expect: Noise, crew activity, materials on-site, nails/debris (we clean thoroughly after).

Step 8: Post-Construction Wrap-Up

  • We take completion photos and schedule any required county/city inspections.

  • An invoice is sent to your insurance company.

  • Once insurance releases any remaining funds (depreciation), those are sent directly to you.

Step 9: Warranty and Documentation

  • You receive:

    • A 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

    • Manufacturer’s Shingle Warranty

    • A full Completion Packet with important documents and photos.

Step 10: Enjoy Your New Roof

  • Rest easy knowing your home is protected by a quality roof and backed by solid warranties!
