Step 1: Inspection

One of our experts visits your property to evaluate for storm or other damage.
We'll help you decide if filing a claim is the right move.
You file a claim with your insurance company.
Make sure to let them know we performed the inspection!
We meet with the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the damage and advocate on your behalf.
Step 3: Contract Signing
The contract authorizes us to perform the replacements and repair work.
The work included in the contract will be determined by the approved insurance estimate.
Step 4: Supplement Processing
We handle all supplement negotiations with your insurance to ensure all necessary work is covered.
Any additional work approved by the insurance company will be approved by the insurance company will be added to the signed contract.
Step 5: Roof Replacement and Damage Repair
Our general contractors manage the installation from start to finish.
What to expect: Noise, crew activity, materials on-site, nails/debris.
We clean thoroughly at the end of each day.
Step 6: Post-Construction Wrap-Up
We take completion photos and schedule any required county/city inspections.
An invoice is sent to your insurance company.
Once insurance releases any remaining funds (depreciation), final payment is collected.
Step 7: Warranty and Documentation
You receive:
A 5-Year Workmanship Warranty
Manufacturer’s Shingle Warranty
A full Completion Packet with important documents and photos.
Step 8: Enjoy Your New Roof
