What is our process of getting your roof repaired through insurance?

Step 1: Inspection

Step 2: File a claim and Adjuster Meeting

  • One of our experts visits your property to evaluate for storm or other damage.

  • We'll help you decide if filing a claim is the right move.

  • You file a claim with your insurance company.

  • Make sure to let them know we performed the inspection!

  • We meet with the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the damage and advocate on your behalf.

Step 3: Contract Signing

  • The contract authorizes us to perform the replacements and repair work.

  • The work included in the contract will be determined by the approved insurance estimate.

Step 4: Supplement Processing

  • We handle all supplement negotiations with your insurance to ensure all necessary work is covered.

  • Any additional work approved by the insurance company will be approved by the insurance company will be added to the signed contract.

Step 5: Roof Replacement and Damage Repair

  • Our general contractors manage the installation from start to finish.

  • What to expect: Noise, crew activity, materials on-site, nails/debris.

  • We clean thoroughly at the end of each day.

Step 6: Post-Construction Wrap-Up

  • We take completion photos and schedule any required county/city inspections.

  • An invoice is sent to your insurance company.

  • Once insurance releases any remaining funds (depreciation), final payment is collected.

Step 7: Warranty and Documentation

  • You receive:

    • A 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

    • Manufacturer’s Shingle Warranty

    • A full Completion Packet with important documents and photos.

Step 8: Enjoy Your New Roof

  • Rest easy knowing your home is protected by a quality roof and backed by solid warranties!
